International panel exploring different approaches to football writing in literature: from novels to fanzines, journalism to poetry. Speakers include Nottingham Forest fan and author of little scratch, Rebecca Watson. Kit Holden is a Berlin based journalist and author whose first book followed the club and fans of ‘kult’ club Union Berlin as they made it into the Bundesliga. His latest book about German football will be published in 2024. We're thrilled to welcome David Conn back to the festival.
